Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and MyInterpreting.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorized to use the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibility
If account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Payments and Cancellations
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified in writing. Scheduled appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to qualify for a refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full at our discretion.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, and materials on the Services are the property of MyInterpreting.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
7. HIPAA Compliance
MyInterpreting.com complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and implements appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect any Protected Health Information (“PHI”) we may receive or process. All interpreters and staff receive HIPAA compliance training.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyInterpreting.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to the integrity of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Insert County and State].
